Francesca Hsie

Francesca Hsie specializes in grant writing and public outreach, providing a knowledgeable and accessible point of contact for both stakeholders and the general public. Francesca is a recent graduate of Boston University, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Serving as an intern in the offices of two United States Senators and a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives, she has gained a solid foundation of experience in government procedures at the local, state and federal levels. This background, coupled with her clear and concise writing style, make her a valuable addition to our grants team.

Francesca's responsibilities with BEC include grant research, grant writing, government interaction, and report preparation. In addition to her grant writing responsibilities, Francesca assists in document development, technical research, and coordinating public outreach activities.
