Smith’s Grocery Phase I Environmental Site Assessments

BEC was subcontracted to perform Phase I Environmental Site Assessments of two Smith’s grocery stores in Las Vegas. BEC conducted the site visit, as well as a review of regulatory records, environmental databases, historical city directories and historical aerial photos. BEC prepared the reports of the findings (one report for each site) and submitted the deliverables on time and within budget. All work was performed in accordance with ASTM standard E 1527-05 for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
