Bec was subcontracted by MaryEllen C. Giampaoli to provide technical assistance for Nye County's Early Warning Drilling Program. In that role, BEC has performed regulatory requirements reviews and prepared general and site specific health and safety plans. BEC also assisted Nye County in fulfilling the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection's reporting and clean-up requirements following a petroleum spill at one of their sites, by providing the Environmental Manager of record for that spill response.
