BEC developed a successful grant application to the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection for wellhead protection implementation activities based on the state-approved plans.

Subsequent to grant award, Nye County contracted BEC to carry out the grant activities. Implementation activities focused primarily on preparation and distribution of educational materials, coordination between stakeholders, community outreach, and draft ordinance preparation. 		Client
