Phase I Environmental Site Assessment

Pahrump, Nevada

BEC was contracted by a private development company to perform a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), consisting of approximately 300 acres of vacant property in the Town of Pahrump, Nevada. The property was proposed for future development as a residential subdivision.

BEC conducted the site visit, regulatory records review, environmental database review, and historical sources review.

BEC performed all work in accordance with ASTM standard E-1527 for Phase I ESAs.
