Victoria Raasch

Victoria Raasch has over 19 years of Administrative and Customer Relations experience. Before her time at BEC, Vicky’s experience includes six years of quality control, auditing contracts, processing loan applications and writing insurance policies. She has worked alongside city officials to track planning, zoning, and building permits and has negotiated leases.

Vicky's responsibilities with BEC include Office Management, Human Resources, Invoicing, and Accounts Payable/Receivable. She organizes weekly BEC Team Meetings and ensures the smooth flow of everyday office tasks and procedures. As head of Human Resources, Vicky manages BEC’s procedural and office operations manuals. Vicky also works closely with BEC's interns to train and develop their skills related to both project work and general office and administrative tasks.
